We ship from Hebron, Kentucky.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Fuel costs, like many other expenses, surged. As a result, carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL added fuel surcharges to their pricing structure. As long as fuel costs remain high, expect increased shipping costs.
Why does shipping take so long?
Unlike Amazon, we do not ship 1.6 million packages per day. As such, we have no special arrangments or discounted deals with shipping companies. We go through the same shipping process as everyone else.
